What Territory Management contributes to Cardinal Health
Territory Management is responsible for driving sales and services to new and / or existing customers through face-to-face, virtual, and telephone contact to meet individual and organizational sales objectives. Responsible for cold calling, prospecting, and building relationships that will increase account penetration, revenue growth and customer satisfaction within a specified product line, business segment and / or geography. Focus areas will include driving new business as well as increasing penetration in existing accounts.
OptiFreight™ Logistics is the leading provider of Inbound, Outbound, and Less than Truckload (LTL) Shipping and freight management services for the Healthcare sector.
Accountabilities
- Achieve performance targets across assigned portfolio by generating new business, increasing account penetration, and retention of current customer base
- Acting as lead point of contact across assigned portfolio of current OptiFreight Logistics customers as it pertains to shipping, logistics, and general service needs
- Collaborate with Cardinal Health business units to identify new opportunities across existing and new customer base
- Support cross functional teamwork – Finance, Operations, Marketing, etc.
- Lead customer business reviews and discovery calls on routine basis articulating value and financial outcomes of opportunities
- Responsible for overall account performance, deal modeling, and contracting strategies
- Leverage CRM to support disciplined pipeline management and performance forecasting of key metrics
- Builds and fosters strong, productive customer partnerships focused on ensuring customer success and retention; develops a trusted advisor relationship with key stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Stays abreast of the changing healthcare landscape, logistics innovations, and supply chain trends to maintain a deep understanding of the customer experience
Qualifications

Anticipated pay range : $85,500 - $110,800 (includes targeted variable pay)
