Description & Requirements Maximus is currently hiring for Veteran Liaison Logistics Coordinators to join our Veterans Evaluation Services (VES) team. This is a remote opportunity. The Veteran Liaison Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating with transportation vendors to process veteran transportation requests and is the point of contact for incoming calls & e-mails concerning transportation requests. Due to contract requirements, only a US Citizen or Green Card Holder can be considered for this opportunity. Essential Duties and Responsibilities : - Point of contact for incoming calls and e-mail inquiries for all transportation requests. - Coordinate with contracted and non-contracted transportation vendors to process domestic Veteran transportation requests. - Initiate and submit SMOT requests for transportation to VA for approval per VES protocol and VA guidelines. - Maintain and update various Excel spreadsheets of Logistics Department statistical data daily. - Perform all general administrative duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements - High School Diploma or GED required. - Intermediate to advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred. Please note : With this position you have the option to have Maximus provide you with equipment to use, or you may use your own equipment.
