Nexeo HR is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Las Vegas, NV . This position requires expertise in freight forwarding logistics , focusing on domestic shipping. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment with the ability to handle multiple tasks with a sense of urgency. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for booking carriers, tracking shipments, and providing excellent customer service. If you have experience in logistics and freight forwarding and are looking to contribute your skills to a dynamic team, we invite you to apply today!

Responsibilities

Book and coordinate carriers for domestic shipments.
Track and monitor shipments, ensuring timely delivery and addressing any issues that may arise.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and handling requests.
Communicate with clients via email and phone to provide updates and resolve any concerns.
Ensure quick turnarounds on customer requests and maintain a high level of responsiveness.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Ensure all shipping documentation is accurate and complete.
Assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving for any logistical challenges that arise.

Qualifications

Previous logistics experience in freight forwarding (warehouse experience is not required).

Strong communication skills, particularly via email and phone.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

A sense of urgency and responsibility when handling customer requests and shipments.

Prior experience in domestic shipping and logistics is preferred.

20.75 - $26.00 Per Hour DOE

Schedule

Day Shift | 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM | Monday - Friday
