Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our logistics team! This role requires strong customer service abilities and the capacity to collaborate in a diverse cultural environment. The Assistant position involves a hybrid work arrangement, with one to two days per week (or as required) in the office with remaining days working from your home office. Reporting directly to the Sr. Sales Order & Service Manager, this role encompasses various responsibilities related to order processing, inventory management, and maintaining positive relationships with franchisees.
Responsibilities :
- Review and amend orders, process B2B orders, and confirm their accuracy
- Reach out to Franchisees with insufficient or no order history
- Pull back-order report at end of week
- Monitor and assess late orders, applying late fees when necessary
- Validate pick-up orders and manage UPS orders, including label printing and addition of shipping fees
- Initiate Franchisee Fee Notification Forms as needed
- Record IOU forms in SAP upon receipt from the Ops team
- Monitor inventory order percentages
- Update upcoming orders, franchisee lists, and sales lists
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of orders, inventory availability, and ensure accurate order processing
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with franchisees through effective communication
- Provide high-quality service by addressing staff and franchisee inquiries and efficiently managing complaints
- Undertake additional duties as assigned
