Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Purchasing & Logistics Associate to support our Supply Chain Team. This part-time role focuses on warehouse management, packaging, shipping, low-dollar purchasing, and inventory management. You’ll be essential in ensuring smooth operations, timely shipments, and efficient organization of the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities and Duties :

  • Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment.
  • Receive incoming shipments, inspecting deliveries for accuracy, and organizing items.
  • Perform regular inventory checks to keep stock levels up-to-date and assist with stock replenishment.
  • Prepare items for shipment according to packing and shipping guidelines.
  • Document and label product revision and serial numbers before shipping
  • Schedule pickups and coordinate with shipping providers to meet delivery deadlines.
  • Assist Supply Chain Lead with tracking shipments and resolve any issues that may arise in the shipping process.
  • Support low-dollar purchasing activities, including sourcing and ordering supplies and materials.
  • Manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
  • Collaborate with the Supply Chain Lead to ensure all purchasing and shipping activities stay within budget and align with company standards and requirements.
  • Assist with documenting and updating inventory records in the system.

Qualifications and Skills :

  • Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, shipping, or purchasing roles is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift and move boxes as needed.
  • Proficient in using computers.
  • Job Details :

  • Part-Time (10-15 hours / week)
  • 2-3 days per week, ideally Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
  • Location : Onsite
  • Job Type : Non-Exempt
  • Reports To : Supply Chain Lead
