Responsibilities include
Oversee outside vendors handling customer returns of products.
Specific Focus on Receiving and SEMs creation associated with Customer Returns within required turn time.
Expediting priorities, and managing exceptions.
Responsible for oversight of vendor performance in support of Americas distribution.
Monitor key performance indicators, drive performance, and expense management.
Evaluate existing capabilities for opportunities for improvement in systems and processes for tracking, measurement, reporting, and analysis of Returns Logistics Operations.
Experience desired in SAP, SEMS, Vendor and / or Customer relations.
The role entails monitoring reporting, communication with Vendor and internal Customers, resolving issues and implement process improvements.
Organizational skills and the ability to multi-task are essential. Previous customer service experience is a plus.
