Staffmark is hiring a Logistics Coordinator in Rossford, OH, and we're looking for someone just like you! In this fast-paced role, you'll play a key part in ensuring shipments are processed accurately and efficiently-keeping things running smoothly from the warehouse to the customer.

Pay : $25 / hour

Schedule : Variable 12-hour shifts (must have flexible availability all days of the week)

Essential Functions

As a Logistics Coordinator, you'll manage the entire shipping process from order picking to final loading, ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency throughout.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include :

• Coordinating order picking, staging, loading, and generating shipping documents
• Using SAP and other systems to process shipments and maintain shipping records
• Acting as the primary logistics contact and phone support for carriers
• Greeting and directing drivers, verifying shipment details
• Maintaining dock schedules and ensuring all safety protocols (wheel chocks, dock locks, driver keys) are followed
• Preparing paperwork for next-day shipments and creating miscellaneous shipping labels as needed
• Assisting with glass inventory location for shipments
• Overseeing 5S activities and safety compliance on shift
• Supporting team members with SOPs and reporting opportunities to leadership
