THE OPPORTUNITY

NavVis is growing, and we're excited to establish our first logistics Hub in the US. We're looking for a Logistics Specialist based in Los Angeles to help lay the foundation for smooth and efficient distribution of our cutting-edge hardware in spatial technology across North America.

This position offers a wide variety of responsibilities, making it a great fit for someone who is organized, solution-oriented, and comfortable making decisions under pressure. You will collaborate with a global team, manage stock and local distribution, and handle international shipments.

You will help shape efficient and future-ready logistics operations in line with NavVis' growth in the US. If you are looking for a hands-on role and are excited by the opportunity to learn and grow, this role could be a great next step in your career.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Stock Management :

Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment orders to maintain optimal inventory

Book transportation and coordinate pick-up and delivery with service providers and customers, ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery

Coordinate with customers the pick-up and return of devices for services and repairs
