  • Perform reporting, forecasting, scenario planning, and data analysis to support business decisions.
  • Lead meetings involving material shortages, supplier constraints, planning activities, and supplier performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Purchasing, Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, Supplier Quality, and NPI teams.
  • Support new product launches and production readiness initiatives.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on inventory optimization, lead-time reduction, and supply chain performance improvements.
  • Track and report key planning and supplier performance metrics.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of Supplier Management or Account Management experience.
  • Experience working in MRP-driven planning environments.
  • Strong SAP experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and analytical skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • CPIM or APICS certification/training.
  • Automotive or high-volume manufacturing experience.
  • Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and Bill of Materials (BOM).
  • Strong understanding of MRP processes, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
  • Experience improving OTIF, inventory performance, and supplier metrics.
  • Bilingual candidates are a plus.

Ideal Candidate:

The successful candidate will demonstrate: Strong SAP and MRP expertise. Proven supplier relationship management experience. Advanced Excel and analytical capabilities. Experience supporting manufacturing and production operations. Leadership qualities and the ability to independently lead projects. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to prioritize competing demands and multitask effectively. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement.
