Logistics Specialist- 3PL

Shift : 5 : 30AM - 1 : 30PM EST

Job Summary :

The Logistics Specialist, 3PL services will support in managing 3PL operations for iHerb. This position is responsible for daily operations and coordination with our 3PL partners and various internal departments including Inventory Planning, Marketing, Warehouse Operations, Engineering to ensure our 3PL operates efficiently while meeting KPIs. Manage and execute multiple time-sensitive projects to meet business objectives of the iHerb, LLC. Reporting to the Manager of 3PL Services, this position will manage projects / tasks through problem solving and coordination with stakeholders. Jr. Specialist, 3PL services will liaise with management on defining project scope, goals, deliverables and executing defined as needed. This position requires strong analytical and communication skills with advanced Excel knowledge for data analytics.

Job Expectations :

• Support in managing of projects from design through implementation that support growth and operational improvements for the company
• Identify, drive and develop best practices, efficiencies, and process workflows
• Perform day-to-day management of operation activities; prioritize, resolve issues and discrepancies as they surface
• Collaborate with applicable stakeholders
• Support in Identifying resource requirements required to implement a given project Plan and schedule the project activities
• Ensure that projects / tasks meet deadlines and escalation of issues which may impact successful implementation / execution.
• Conduct data collection and analysis
• Actively identify and scope new opportunities to improve how we serve customers and improve our business process
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Working hours between 5 : 30AM EST-1 : 30PM EST

$54,063 - $115,850 USD
