With over 30 years of service in our community, we offer a safe haven for young people to thrive, find support, and, most importantly, have fun.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, passionate individual to step in as a Substitute Child Care Leader. In this vital role, you will travel to various Club locations, assisting as needed to ensure a dynamic and positive experience for all Club members. Your contributions will help facilitate summer programs like academic enrichment, recreation, technology, sports, and the arts.
This part-time position is non-exempt and offers a pay rate of $18 per hour.
Key Responsibilities :
- Travel daily to different Club locations to provide support and substitute where needed.
- Ensure the emotional, social, and physical safety of all Club members.
- Act as a positive role model, offering guidance and support.
- Lead engaging and diverse activities in academics, sports, technology, the arts, and character development.
- Live by the core values of BGCLC, including inspiring FUN , building SUPPORTIVE relationships, RECOGNIZING youth, delivering OPPORTUNITIES , maintaining HIGH EXPECTATIONS , and always prioritizing SAFETY .
