Job description
A company is looking for a Loss Mitigation QC Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Audit files and verify calculations for compliance with guidelines and regulations
Perform quality control reviews of modification documents and approval / denial decisions
Monitor call recordings and complete Call Quality scorecards to identify improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; college courses or a bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of five years of back-office mortgage servicing and loss mitigation experience
Strong knowledge of mortgage loan documents and related regulatory requirements
Ability to work in an emotionally demanding role with professionalism
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and familiarity with document retention software
