Working location will be onsite in Miami, Florida and surrounding retail locations with occasional travel to bordering states.

Opportunity Overview :

POP MART is seeking a vigilant and proactive Loss Prevention Agent to join our team in the Chicago area. In this role, you'll help protect our retail spaces, merchandise, and team members by monitoring store activity, investigating incidents, and promoting a safe and secure environment. As part of a global leader in trend culture and entertainment, you'll play a key role in supporting our mission to deliver joy and creativity through our iconic art toy IPs. What You Will Achieve :

• Assist in investigating theft, safety incidents, and violations of company policy.
• Monitor store activity and surveillance systems to detect suspicious behavior and prevent losses.
• Support store-level audits to ensure proper inventory handling and compliance with LP procedures.
• Report and document incidents accurately and thoroughly in coordination with LP management.
• Help enforce safety, security, and operational policies in-store.
• Collaborate with store teams to build loss prevention awareness and promote a safe environment.
• Participate in quarterly inventory counts and support accurate reporting.
• Follow established protocols during emergencies or incidents and escalate issues appropriately.
