Responsibilities
- Support a positive customer shopping experience and maintain a strong store partnership with store teams and Loss Prevention.
- Understand operational procedures and deter acts of dishonesty within established customer service guidelines.
- Provide timely, courteous, and knowledgeable service to customers.
- Engage customers, providing support and creating a positive shopping environment.
- Provide an effective deterrent to theft through customer engagement and a professional and knowledgeable presence.
- Observe accurate checkout procedures for customers and associates.
- Communicate shrink?related concerns to Store Management and Loss Prevention.
- Maintain an effective partnership with Store Management and Loss Prevention to accomplish work assignments and overall goals and objectives.
- Coordinate and complete shrink?related activities in partnership with Store Management.
- Support and participate in store shrink reduction goals and programs.
- Promote a culture of honesty and integrity; maintain confidentiality.
- Encourage associate use of shrink reduction resources.
- Promote safety awareness and support maintenance of a safe environment.
- Follow through on commitments; accomplish goals with minimum supervision.
- Adhere to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
