Job Overview :
The primary responsibility of the Security Officer is to ensure the safety and security of our guests, team members, and property. This includes patrolling the premises, monitoring surveillance systems, responding to emergencies, and enforcing hotel policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities :
- Security Patrols : Conduct regular patrols of the hotel property, both indoors and outdoors, to identify and deter potential threats.
- Surveillance Monitoring : Monitor surveillance cameras to detect any suspicious activity or incidents.
- Emergency Response : Respond promptly to emergencies, such as fires, medical incidents, or security breaches, and take appropriate action.
- Access Control : Control access to restricted areas and monitor entry and exit points.
- Incident Reporting : Document all incidents and suspicious activity in detailed reports.
- Guest Assistance : Provide assistance to guests, such as escorting them to their rooms or addressing their concerns.
- Loss Prevention : Implement loss prevention measures to safeguard hotel property and guest belongings.
- Compliance : Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and local regulations.
