Loss prevention manager Jobs in St Petersburg, FL

The primary function of this position is to provide a substance abuse prevention curriculum to middle school youth in Monroe County .

• Engages in direct staff hours of service for assigned clients
• Provides prevention counseling sessions to middle school students throughout Monroe County
• Conducts group TGFDV lessons
• Refers client to counselor, psychologist, psychiatrist when appropriate
• Monitors Prevention activities including those performed by prevention specialist
• Coordinates with schools and school personnel to provide TGFD classes
• Attend Prevention Program quarterly meetings, training and annual conference
• Functions as a liaison for prevention to outside agencies including schools, childrens shelter and outside agencies
• Demonstrates empathetic, professional behavior toward student, families, and school personnel
• Complete satisfaction surveys with participants
• Enhance and implement changes noted in performance improvement activities
• Participates in required staff development / training activities
• Performs other duties as assigned
