Job descriptionOversee planning, scheduling, and execution of large-scale residential and commercial rebuild projects, often in various locations. Direct communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Cultivate and maintain a robust network of subcontractors that can mobilize quickly for project demands. Manage logistics for materials, permits, inspections, and project timelines to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness. Address technical issues, report to the Vice President of Construction, and ensure all projects adhere to the defined scope and specifications. Assist in the change order process, including estimation, approval, and documentation. Ensure timely and high-quality completion of all construction tasks, managing multiple projects concurrently. Position Overview : Join the leader in the Disaster Restoration industry as a Large Loss Superintendent, managing significant reconstruction projects across the country. This role requires a highly organized and experienced professional based in Florida, who is prepared to travel and manage projects away from home for much of the year. The role offers a unique opportunity to work on some of the most challenging and rewarding projects in the industry, with the added benefit of travel and additional compensation for out-of-town assignments.
