Autopark Honda in Cary has an outstanding opportunity for a Lot Attendant to join the Holman family.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Meet and greet clients in the service drive
- Tag incoming vehicles for proper tracking throughout the day
- Park vehicles after advisor check in, pull vehicles down after vehicle completion when client arrives
- Keep the service drive neat and clean and traffic moving efficiently
- Get vehicles to / from wash as needed
- Keep track of completed waiting vehicles from wash to be pulled down in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, directing them to appropriate personnel, and ensuring their satisfaction
- Ensure the safety and security of vehicles, equipment, and premises, reporting any issues or concerns to management immediately
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
Hours : 4-day work week would consist of a rotating schedule Monday to Saturday. Monday to Friday hours are 7 AM to 6 : 00 PM and Saturday from 7 : 00 AM to 4 PM.
Compensation : Starting at $15 / hr.
