The Enterprise brand of Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a full time Lot Attendant located at Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) at 1 Arrival Road, Philadelphia, PA 19153.

The lot driver is responsible for moving and positioning vehicles to various designated locations between our properties for servicing, transport and / or rental. A driver will perform all daily responsibilities with a focus on the needs to have vehicles ready for customers in accordance with our high-quality standards.

This pay for this position starts at $16 / hour. We offer an additional $250 Bonus at the completion of employment season.

The start date for Season 1 is in May and ends in November. The start date for Season 2 is in June and ends in January. The Seasonal period cannot exceed 6 months.

We have multiple Full Time schedules available :

Schedule 1 : Thursday-Monday 4 : 00am to 12 : 00pm
Schedule 2 : Sunday / Tuesday / Wednesday / Friday / Saturday 7 : 00am to 3 : 00pm
Schedule 3 : Monday / Tuesday / Wednesday / Saturday 9 : 00am to 7 : 00pm
Schedule 4 : Monday-Friday 12 : 00pm to 8 : 00pm
Schedule 5 : Sunday / Monday / Thursday / Friday / Saturday 6 : 00pm to 2 : 00am
Schedule 6 : Sunday / Monday / Thursday / Friday 3 : 00pm to 11 : 00pm and Wednesday 5 : 00pm to 1 : 00am
Schedule 7 : Sunday / Monday / Tuesday / Thursday 1 : 00pm to 11 : 00pm

This is a non-CDL, local driving position that offers you the chance to drive multiple new model cars.

Responsibilities

Our Full Time Lot Attendants are responsible for the transporting and shuttling of rental vehicles around and between our National / Alamo and Enterprise locations at our Airport location.

Drive the vehicles from return location to cleaning / servicing location

Drive serviced vehicles from cleaning location to ready line location and park for easy access by customers

Move vehicles to different areas of the lot or facility as needed and directed by management

Deliver vehicles to other Enterprise locations off Airport property as directed by management

Ride with or follow drivers to drop off vehicle(s) or pick up vehicle(s)

May need to communicate via 2-way radio or cellular phone

Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.

Valid driver's license required.

Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Must be living within a reasonable commute of no more than 30 minutes to the location listed above.

Seasonal employees may work for up to six months during a defined season (FT or PT hours). They must experience a 13 week break in service at the end of the season prior to working again as a seasonal or a regular employee.

Must be willing to accept a seasonal position starting in or after May.
