This role grants you the creative freedom to adapt on site, lead skilled crews, and directly influence project success for key clients. How You Will Make an Impact: * Install, maintain, and troubleshoot complex commercial, industrial, and government electrical systems. * Lead and guide field crews on site to ensure timely, high-quality project execution. * Diagnose and resolve intricate technical field issues using creative problem-solving skills. * Apply National Electrical Code (NEC) standards and strict safety protocols across all project sites. * Collaborate with internal operations teams and site leadership to maintain seamless project workflows. * Drive project performance to consistently hit milestones and trigger completion bonuses. Required Qualifications & Experience: * Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and industrial electrical work. * Proven leadership skills with a track record of directing field crews. * Demonstrated safety record on high-stakes job sites. * Adaptability to work across diverse project environments with minimal supervision. * Flexibility to travel up to 30% of the time for project assignments outside the local area. * Experience wiring switchgear and running/installing electrical conduit (pipe). * Must have a clean MVR (3 years) and Background (7 years) Preferred Qualifications & Experience: * Completion of a formal Trade Program or Technical Certification. * Hold an Electrical Journeyman designation. * 10+ years of dedicated commercial or industrial field experience. * Experience with government or federal electrical project scopes. * CDL * Experience performing exterior electrical work, including duct bank installation and related underground work, and site lighting * Experience operating heavy machinery * Comfortable working at height Compensation & Benefits: * Competitive hourly pay ranging from $28 to $38 per hour based on experience. * Bi-weekly pay cycle with overtime opportunities available. * Prevailing wage project pay opportunities. * Per diem provided for approved travel requiring an overnight stay. * 401(k) retirement savings program with employer matching. * Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage. * Health Savings Account (HSA) option. * Life and disability insurance plans. * Paid time off including paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave. * Provided safety equipment including helmets, gloves, and protective gear. * Ongoing safety and technical training including OSHA, Fall Protection, Lift, and Manufacturer certifications.
