Job Description
Your Skills & Abilities
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in electrification systems
- 2+ years of experience in Design Release Engineering
- Good understanding of automotive electrical architectures
- 2+ years of Battery hardware Design & Development
- Ability to read, interpret, and generate engineering drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with CAD or CAE
- Experience with coordination and leading projects
- Technical writing ability to create written engineering evaluation reports
- Emerging partnership and teamwork skills and ability to learn from and share knowledge with co-workers in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize work and resources and lead indirectly

This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Warren, MI three times per week, at minimum.
