LOCATION : Phoenix, AZ
POSITION SUMMARY :
The Low Voltage Lead Technician is responsible for providing leadership and technical expertise in the execution of structured cabling projects within hyperscale data centers and commercial construction environments. This position ensures project objectives are achieved through effective coordination, resource management, and adherence to quality standards. Reporting directly to the Project Foreman and Project Manager, the Lead Technician oversees day-to-day operations, supervises field teams, and ensures compliance with company policies and safety protocols.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop manpower plans, allocate resources, and manage materials to ensure timely project completion.
- Direct and supervise project activities, leading teams of 5-10 technicians to achieve daily and overall project goals.
- Enforce compliance with safety regulations, HR guidelines, and organizational policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client coordination, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain technical accuracy, quality standards, and profitability targets while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Establish crew objectives, monitor progress, and provide regular updates to project leadership.
- Prepare and deliver detailed status reports to customers and internal stakeholders.
