The Low Voltage Project Coordinator will support and coordinate multiple low voltage projects from planning through execution. This role acts as the central point of communication between field teams vendors project managers and clients to ensure projects are properly scheduled materials are ordered on time and job sites are prepared for smooth execution.

The ideal candidate understands low voltage systems and field workflows thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of tracking schedules materials and project progress. This is a desk-based in-office role with close collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Coordinate project schedules with management field staff and customers

Manage procurement and track materials from order through delivery

Support project managers with in-office coordination and documentation

Track job progress costs and materials across multiple projects

Ensure supplies plans and deliveries are prepared in advance

Serve as the main point of contact for customers vendors and field teams

Maintain accurate project records and follow up on outstanding items

Qualifications :

23 years of experience in low voltage project coordination or scheduling

Working knowledge of low voltage systems (CCTV access control networking cabling hardware)

Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time

Strong communication skills and ownership mindset

Comfortable working in a fast-moving deadline-driven environment
