Restore is seeking an outgoing, experienced Nurse to join our team of wellness professionals on a mission to help people feel better so they can do more of what they love. This is your opportunity to take an active role in assisting individuals on their health and wellness journey and leading a team of nurses to support the Restore mission.

Responsibilities

IV Therapy (within LPN scope; RN must be onsite for all medical services)

Prepare IV supplies and equipment.

Start peripheral IVs with documented competency and RN onsite.

Prime lines with premixed fluids only.

Monitor infusion sites for infiltration, phlebitis, or reactions and report changes immediately to the RN.

Discontinue IV lines according to policy.

Document infusion start / stop times and observations.

Medication Administration (IM & IV)

Administer intramuscular injections under standing provider orders and RN supervision.

Flush IV lines with normal saline.

Reinforce RN-delivered client education.

Support checking clients in and out of retail POS system

Provide other services to clients such as Compression, Cryotherapy, Red Light Therapy and Infrared sauna

LPNs May NOT :

• Mix or push IV additives.
• Independently manage multiple active infusions.
• Interpret labs or create plans of care.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments.

Qualifications

You're a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

You have at least 1 year of experience starting peripheral IVs.

You are BLS (Basic Life Support) certified

You have at least one year of experience administering injections.

You maintain a non-judgemental outlook and have a demonstrated ability to work with a diverse clientele.

Your verbal and written communication skills are on point.

You value ethics and integrity.

You embrace a team environment and also excel at working independently.

You're willing to adhere to all policies and procedures and understand the importance of maintaining medical compliance.
