Your day to day as a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN / LVN)
As a Full-Time Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN / LVN) at Legacy Nursing and Rehabilitation, you will play a critical role in enhancing the well-being of our residents. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include reviewing resident charts and incidents while inputting new care orders that ensure optimal care. You'll administer medication according to physician orders, take vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and oxygen levels, and closely monitor residents for any changes in their condition, documenting your findings meticulously. Conducting thorough physical assessments and tracking progress for residents recovering from illnesses or injuries will be essential, allowing you to witness the positive impact of your care firsthand.

What you need to be successful
To excel as a Full-Time Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN / LVN) at Legacy Nursing and Rehabilitation, a robust skill set is essential.
