Role Summary

In this role, you'll leverage your clinical expertise to work directly with patients, providers, and healthcare sponsors, guiding them toward quality, cost-effective health outcomes through telephonic medical management.

Required Qualifications
Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
At least 3 years of bedside clinical experience.
Strong telephonic communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to type at least 35 words per minute with minimal errors.
Comfort with multi-tasking, including simultaneous talking and typing.
Proficiency with technology and computer systems (testing required during the interview).
Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Desired Qualifications
Experience with multi-step processes and decision-making workflows.
A passion for problem-solving and helping patients navigate their healthcare needs.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Location and Work Type
On-site in a professional office / call center environment (this is not a telecommuting position).
Regular business hours—offering a work-life balance! M-F, 9-5 working hours.
