Join our compassionate team at Venza Care, delivering exceptional support at Five Oaks Rehabilitation and Care Center. As one of Venza Care's growing network of facilities, we are dedicated to setting new standards in healthcare.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee the nursing care in a particular department or shift
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Supervise, guide, and mentor nursing staff to ensure adherence to standards and best practices
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor and adjust patient care plans as necessary
Lead communication with patients, families, and physicians regarding patient care
Qualifications :
Valid North Carolina Practical Nurse license
Experience as a charge nurse or similar leadership role preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A commitment to providing high-quality care and hospitality
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations
Compensation & Benefits :
Salary : $30.00-$33.00 / hr commensurate experience
