A company is looking for a Telehealth Nurse (LPN / LVN).Key ResponsibilitiesPerform regular telehealth calls to a dedicated panel of membersProvide medical, diet, and wellness education to membersEnsure accurate and timely documentation and maintain good rapport with membersRequired QualificationsCurrent, Active, and Unrestricted LVN / LPN multi-state compact licenseMinimum of 2 years hands-on direct patient care nursing experienceTelehealth / Remote and chronic care management experience preferredTech-savvy with experience using MacBooks and multiple computer applicationsAbility to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
