About Us :

We specialize in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, providing customized support to children on the autism spectrum and those with developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you’ll have the opportunity to design effective interventions, mentor staff, and collaborate with families to foster positive outcomes.
The Role :
We’re seeking a skilled BCBA to oversee treatment plans, guide behavior technicians, and work closely with families to ensure client progress. Your expertise will play a key role in achieving measurable behavioral improvements.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Conduct FBAs and design evidence-based BIPs.
- Supervise and mentor technicians to deliver high-quality services.
- Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis.
- Partner with caregivers to align therapy goals with family needs.
- Ensure thorough documentation of services and outcomes.
Qualifications :
