If you think you could be a good fit, Big O Tires may have the opportunity for you in one of our Phoenix, AZ locations! This is a full-time position (40+ hours / week). If you have tire / lube tech experience, committed to delivering the best service experience to our guests, we would like to talk with you.

As part of our BIG O Team, Tire / lube tech, will spend the majority of the day installing tires and performing vehicle oil changes and minor automotive service. This is a high-volume, fast-paced environment that requires the ability to multi-task while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. The position focus is on enhancing the customer experience, building loyalty, and maximizing sales

We are looking for someone willing to come to work everyday with a good attitude and willing to learn and grow with our company. We are looking to hire employees who want to grow with the company and possibly one day become sales associates or automotive technicians.
