Shift : Days / 6 : 30a-5p, 10x4, 40hrs per week

Length : 8 Weeks

Weekend : Included in call requirements

Is on-call : On call 1 night per week and every 4th weekend

VACATION : Required to cover 1 major and 1 minor vacation for call

Requirements : FL License

2 Years Experience  cath lab experience of 3 year or more

BLS, RCIS

Electronic Documentation preferred

Other Details :

Charting : Cerner / Merge, Omnicell

Locals accepted : No

Perm address must be 75 miles from facility

Float :

First-timers accepted : Yes, as long as they meet experience requirements

Requirements : - BCLS- RCIS

Must be able to drive xray table- must have interventional cath lab experience of 3 year or more, request or prefer structural heart experience as a scrub person

Special Requirements / Skills : Scrub, Monitor and Circulate skills required. Structural heart experience preferred.Cath Lab experience - Balloon Angioplasty, PCI, Stents, Thrombectomy, Diagnostic Cath Pediatric / Neonatal & Left / Right Heart Cath.Equipment : GE X-Ray, Merge Hemo
