Assistant Production Manager

This position coordinates all aspects production including measure, material ordering, installation, quality control and assurance and scheduling working with the branch production manager and other personnel as needed

Responsibilities

Assistant Production Manager :

  • Coordinate project production activities in coordination with Branch Production Manager and other functions
  • Monitor project evaluation and measurement
  • Monitor material procurement and needs
  • Assist warehouse personnel with receiving and crew loading as needed
  • Drive project profitability via cost and quality control
  • Monitor and order branch supplies as needed (cleaning and office)
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Compensation (commensurate with experience) consisting of base salary, potential bonus and travel reimbursement)
  • Reports to Branch Production Manager
  • Location- Jacksonville

Requirements and skills

  • Strong knowledge of cabinet refacing materials and processes
  • Strong knowledge of residential construction
  • Proficiency with various vendor ordering processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong active listening skills.
  • Familiarity with QC CRM systems and practices.
  • Client oriented and ability to adapt and respond to different personality types of customers
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Weekly travel required across the Atlanta metro area
  • Occasional travel to other branch locations will be required
  • Must provide own transportation
  • High school diploma
  • Valid Driver’s License and Insurance
