Experienced CNC Machine Operator – Advanced Setup & Programming

About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator with advanced setup and programming experience to join our precision manufacturing team. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on technical challenges and takes pride in delivering high-quality, complex components.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines for complex parts and multi-axis operations.
• Read and interpret advanced blueprints, engineering drawings, and CNC programs.
• Perform tool changes, offsets, and adjustments to maintain tight tolerances.
• Apply GD&T principles to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Inspect finished parts using precision instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00 / hr.
