Adecco has immediate full-time Machine Operator opportunities!
We are currently hiring for a large, world class manufacturer in the Milford, CT area.

Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for startup, shut down and operation of an assembly machine. This includes input of parameters, loading machine with parts, unloading product and changeovers.
- Must be able to meet production, quality and safety standards.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and share ideas for continuous improvement.
- Quickly identify and report any machine issues or product defects.
- Inspection of work to ensure high quality standards are met.
- Make safety the top priority and follow all work rules every day.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with others.
- Excellent reliability required : excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Must be able to communicate in a timely and effective manner and work well with others as well as independently.
- Must be able to stand for duration of shift and able to lift up to 25lbs.
Work Schedule :
Day shift : 12-hour shift, 3-4 days / week - 7am-7pm rotating days, including alternate weekends.
Night shift : 12-hour shift, 3-4 days / week – 7pm-7am rotating days, including alternate weekends.

Pay Details : $17.00 to $17.68 per hour
