Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, and implement machine learning solutions that address key business challenges. This role involves creating and deploying ML pipelines, operationalizing models in production environments, and establishing monitoring systems to ensure ongoing performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy end-to-end ML pipelines to deliver solutions for business needs.
• Collaborate with data scientists and subject matter experts to identify and engineer features that enhance model accuracy and resilience.
• Partner with product managers, software engineers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, set priorities, and deliver ML-driven outcomes aligned with organizational goals.
• Develop real-time monitoring and logging tools to track model health and quickly resolve performance issues.
• Perform hyperparameter tuning to optimize models for accuracy and generalization on unseen datasets.
• Design and prototype ML systems, frameworks, and utilities capable of processing large-scale data efficiently.
• Convert experimental data science models into robust, scalable production implementations.
• Work closely with data scientists to troubleshoot and refine complex data workflows.
