Key Responsibilities : Own exploration, design, and execution of advanced ML models and algorithms Apply machine learning techniques to analyze large HR and Finance-related text data and design cloud-based architectures Ensure performance, scalability, and ongoing enhancements of ML products Required Qualifications : 3+ years of experience in data science or machine learning engineering 1+ years of experience with machine learning frameworks such as Pytorch or TensorFlow 1+ years of experience in deploying machine learning models in production 1+ years of experience with large language models and cloud computing platforms Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, physics, math, or equivalent (Master's or PhD preferred)
