The candidate will possess considerable hands-on experience with Swiss Screw Machines, CNC Machines, or Manual Lathes and demonstrate a commitment to producing high-quality products within a fast-paced environment.

Essential Functions : The Screw Machine Operator will safely manage Screw Machines, ensuring equipment functions efficiently during the machining processes. The individual will adjust settings as necessary to accommodate diverse materials and specifications.

- To ensure production maintains accuracy and performance the operator adjusts tools precisely and configures machine settings, such as speed and feed, based on material requirements.
- The operator regularly inspects output using measuring tools like calipers and gauges to ensure quality. Any defects or issues are promptly addressed to minimize waste and maintain product integrity.
- Reading and comprehensively understanding job orders and technical documents is crucial for ensuring precise and effective task execution. This involves thoroughly reviewing all instructions and specifications, identifying key requirements, and interpreting any technical terminology.
