CNC Machinist

We are currently seeking a CNC Machinist 1 to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to production processes serving the aerospace and medical industries. You will perform setups, run and troubleshoot machinery, maintain tight tolerances, and conduct product inspections.

Responsibilities :

• Perform complex work on CNC Milling or Lathe machines.
• Set up and operate CNC machinery, including Swiss Machinery if possible.
• Troubleshoot machinery issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Hold tight tolerances of + / - thousandths of an inch.
• Work with materials such as aluminum and stainless steel.
• Communicate effectively with the engineering team.
• Complete necessary paperwork and maintain safety regulations.
• Report any defective materials or processes.
• Adapt to customer demands, working with small to medium-sized aerospace components.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $72800.00 / yr. Extremely clean and well lit up environment. Some shop areas are louder some are quiet.

Workplace Type :

This is a fully onsite position in Agawam, MA.
