  • Coordinate issue resolution with vendors, and business stakeholders.
  • Document production incidents, root causes, corrective actions, and resolutions.
  • Escalate critical production issues according to established procedures.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to reduce recurring operational issues.

Quality Assurance & Operational Support

  • Perform quality checks to ensure files processed accurately and according to business requirements.
  • Communicate production issues and processing exceptions to impacted operational teams, with a strong focus on supporting Quality Assurance activities.
  • Verify processing results align with expected outcomes before business distribution.
  • Assist with production testing following system changes or vendor updates.
  • Support implementation of new EDI processes and operational enhancements.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain daily production checklists and operational documentation.
  • Update production logs and operational run books.
  • Track production metrics and recurring issues.
  • Assist in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Ability to prioritize multiple production activities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments.
  • Comfortable working with production logs, exception reports, and operational dashboards.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with EDI transaction processing and healthcare data workflows is preferred

WORK REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • 2–4 years of experience supporting production operations, EDI processing, healthcare operations, or related operational support.
  • Experience working with file transfer protocols (SFTP), batch processing, or production scheduling tools preferred.
