We are seeking an Accounting Clerk in Arvada, Colorado, United States. This role is a crucial part of our team, aiding in the efficient operation of our financial tasks by managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliation tasks. The position provides a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities :

• Processing invoices for payment with accuracy
• Maintaining records of customer credit applications effectively
• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently
• Performing account reconciliation tasks to ensure financial data accuracy
• Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner
• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary
• Using Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for data entry and other tasks
• Handling incoming phone calls and providing excellent customer service
• Assisting in billing processes to ensure invoicing is timely and accurate.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role as an Accounting Clerk
• Proficient in Account Reconciliation
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Demonstrated ability in Billing procedures
• Excellent Data Entry skills
• Experience in Invoice Processing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Working knowledge of Oracle
• Familiarity with QuickBooks
• Experience with SAP software
