POSITION DESCRIPTION : CNF is seeking several motivated, career and customer-oriented Embedded CNO Developers to join our team. Leverage your understanding of how computer hardware, real-time systems, and peripherals operate to perform Cyber research and development. Knowledge of C, C++, Assembly, and Python for RISC and / or non-RISC architectures.Entry to Principal levels available!MINIMUM / GENERAL EXPERIENCE : The selected candidate will have the following :
Bachelor's (or higher) degree in a STEM field.
Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility for immediate consideration.
Development experience using C / C++ for x86, PowerPC, MIPS, or ARM.
Experience in network programming.
Familiarity with basic VLAN / VPN / NAT concepts.
Familiarity using signal analysis tools such as Wireshark.
Scripting experience using Python, Ruby, or JavaScript.
Comfortable developing in the mobile, windows, and / or Linux operating systems.FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITY : As an Embedded CNO Developer, you will work in an Agile environment and leverage your skills in Research, Software Engineering and Networking to develop impactful mission tools. In this role, you will be a contributing member of a small multi-disciplinary team that researches platforms and implements solutions in C, C++, and Assembly. You will also be responsible for supporting unit, component, and system test activities as well as contribute to readiness reviews and product release cycles.
