Immediate need for maintenance coordinator / receptionist seeking 401 k , paid holidays and free parking .Basic knowledge of maintenance procedures and requirements, Bilingual English / Spanish THIS IS A REQUIREMENT, 3 Years of Facilities Maintenance Receptionist and proficiency Microsoft Office will be keys to success in this stable organization. Will be responsible for answering inbound telephone call for 7 buildings, creating and closing work orders, assisting in coordinating schedules for routine tasks with the various departments and supervisors and coordinating repairs, maintenance and additional tenant services for Real Estate / Property Management company.
