Job Title : Maintenance Technician

About the Job

We provide a company vehicle and gas card for all work travel.

What You'll Be Doing (Core Responsibilities)

Reporting to the Field Supervisor, you will handle a mix of equipment and building maintenance :

Equipment Repair : Troubleshoot and fix all major restaurant equipment (soft serve machines, fryers, grills, ice machines, HVAC, coolers / freezers).
Facility Repairs : Perform general building maintenance, including basic repairs to electrical, plumbing, painting, and floors.
Preventative Care : Follow a schedule of preventative maintenance (PMs) to keep critical systems operating efficiently.
Documentation : Track repair status of equipment and coordinate with outside contractors when needed.

We Are Looking For (Requirements)

We are seeking a mechanically skilled individual who can jump right in :

Experience : 2-3 years of proven experience in general maintenance or mechanical repair (commercial / food service preferred).

Specialized Experience : QSR equipment maintenance or EPA 608 Certification

Skills : Proficient with basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs.

Tools : Must be comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and basic testing devices. Must provide your own common hand tools.

License : Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record required.

Education : High School Diploma or GED.
