We are a skilled nursing facility that offers a wide range of services that cater to both seniors who require long-term care, as well as short-term rehabilitation programs. Your role is pivotal in ensuring all residents and staff are in a safe and well-maintained environment.
We are looking to hire a full-time maintenance director for our skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will have the following attributes :
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Knowledge of hand tools, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems, fire systems, HVAC
- Hands-on management style
- Ability to manage staff, budget, and vendors
- Experience in the long-term care setting is a plus
- Experience with DPH survey, Life Safety, and emergency management
