Maintenance Director – Skilled Nursing Facility in Memphis, Tennessee
A skilled nursing facility in Memphis, Tennessee, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to lead all aspects of building maintenance and safety.
What You’ll Do:

Ensure the community remains compliance with federal, state, and local regulations for Life Safety Code compliance.

Review the department’s policies, procedure manuals, job descriptions, etc. at least annually for revisions and make recommendations to the Administrator.

Prepare operating and staffing budgets for maintenance and monitors monthly.

Direct other staff within the Maintenance Department and oversee their work ethic.

Perform any related tasks assigned by the Administrator or Regional Maintenance Director.

Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory capacity in a maintenance or plant related position
-
Previous experience as a Maintenance Director in long-term care is preferred - must be able to follow regulations

High school diploma or equivalent
