We are a residential leasing company in KCMO and we are seeking a reliable and hardworking team member to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for communication with residents, scheduling maintenance requests, ordering supplies, and assisting with general maintenance duties at several properties managed by our team. You will play a key role in ensuring that the maintenance and make ready schedules run smoothly and that residents have a positive living experience. Key Responsibilities :
- Resident Communication : Serve as a point of contact for residents, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Scheduling : Coordinate maintenance appointments and ensure the timely execution of scheduled maintenance tasks. Keep residents informed of maintenance schedules.
- Ordering Supplies : and keep a record of supplies used.
- Maintenance Assistance : Assist with general maintenance duties such as minor repairs, cleaning, and upkeep of common areas, ensuring all properties are in excellent condition.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the property management team to resolve issues efficiently and maintain a high standard of service for residents.
