Job Description : Maintenance Supervisor
Position Objective : Maintain the plant equipment to optimize production.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the plant preventive maintenance program.
- Function as hands on lead mechanic to trouble shoot and repair equipment.
- Supervise and lead the plant maintenance team of 2-4 employees.
- Oversee maintenance on forklifts and loaders.
- Fix / repair equipment as needed.
- Perform basic electrical trouble shooting skills.
- Train plant personnel to perform basic maintenance.
- Perform periodic preventive maintenance checks as required.
- Manage spare parts inventory, order parts as needed, and determine inventory and stock levels for spare parts.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
