Job Details :
Full-time Maintenance Technician position available at a mid-sized apartment complex. We are looking for a hardworking, driven individual with strong customer service skills.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to) :
- Complete maintenance requests - requiring mechanical aptitude in the following : Plumbing; Flooring; Drywall; Electrical; General Carpentry
- Maintain a high level of customer service, including communicating effectively with residents, co-workers, and vendors.
- On-call responsibilities when assigned (rotating schedule with other staff)
- Snow Removal
