We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our Ontario team. salary : $68,640 - $80,000 per year

shift : Second

work hours : 2 PM - 10 : 30 PM

education : High School

Responsibilities

• Equipment Reliability : Maintain and repair high-speed bakery equipment to support uninterrupted production cycles.
• Sanitation & Safety : Ensure all work areas and tools remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety and sanitary standards.
• Inspections : Conduct routine preventative maintenance inspections and provide prompt troubleshooting for emergency equipment issues.
• Documentation : Accurately complete maintenance logs, work orders, and compliance documentation.
• Compliance : Strictly follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP, and allergen control procedures.
• System Knowledge : Stay current with specialized bakery processes, including fermentation systems and automated bun production lines.
• Collaboration : Work closely with production and quality assurance teams to resolve equipment concerns and safety hazards efficiently.
