The pay for this role is $36-48 per hour DOE : The shift for this role is typically day shift from Monday - Friday scheduled between the hours of 7AM up to 10PM. Coverage every on Saturday / Sunday may be required.

Our Maintenance Manager is responsible for providing maintenance services for the Environmental Services Department in accordance with policies, procedures and safety & environmental guidelines. Under the direction of the Director, performs assigned maintenance tasks.

Our Maintenance Managers :

• Receives instructions, blueprints and work orders for maintenance or facility upgrade projects.
• Develops working procedures and schedules for the job, material requirements, and other equipment as required
• Perform routine maintenance and repair on the facility and equipment to include, plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, mechanical, etc., as directed, in accordance with established procedures.
• Understands the inventory / resources of the department, and knows the facility layout
• Prepares and organizes materials and equipment before starting a task
• Cleans and maintains tools and equipment daily
• Reports equipment / items to supervisor that need repair immediately
• Makes notes of any problems found, or resident comments, and turns them in daily to the supervisor
• Responds to building emergencies during any time on or off-shift as directed by the supervisor
• Report all incidents / accidents, no matter how minor, to your supervisor immediately.
• Reports equipment malfunctions or breakdowns to your supervisor as soon as possible.
• Reports all unsafe / hazardous conditions, defective equipment, etc., to your supervisor immediately.
• Makes notes and reports daily when any supplies need ordering.
• Performs daily rounds and check of various systems as assigned, including related record keeping.
• Relieves at reception desk as requested, and works overtime and / or other shifts as needed
• Promote the Vision, Values and Mission of Parkshore in all areas of responsibility
• Performs other duties as assigned.
